NAME

antx -- convert annotations to a tx item

SYNOPSIS

antx (-i item) file

DESCRIPTION

antx is a program to use the position of annotations as the basis for a tx item. Each annotation in the input item is used to locate an excitation pulse.

Options and their meanings are:

-I Identify program and version number.

-i item Select input item number.

5.xx Any annotations item.

OUTPUT ITEMS
